ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE
Pursuant to Article 46 of the Law on Establishing Certain Jurisdictions of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 6/2002 of 7 February 2002), the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, at its session held on 8 May 2002, adopted the Decision on the Establishment of the Public Enterprise “Vojvodinašume” (Official Gazette of the AP Vojvodina, No. 7 of 20 May 2002).
On the basis of the aforementioned decision, the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina appointed the Director, the Management Board, and the Supervisory Board of the Public Enterprise “Vojvodinašume.”
At its session held on 7 June 2002, the Management Board of the Public Enterprise “Vojvodinašume” adopted the Statute of the Public Enterprise “Vojvodinašume”, which was subsequently granted assent by the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina on 3 July 2002.
LATEST AMENDMENTS in accordance with the Law on Public Enterprises (Official Gazette of RS, No. 119/2012)
Pursuant to Article 29 of the Provincial Assembly Decision on the Public Enterprise “Vojvodinašume” (Official Gazette of AP Vojvodina, No. 4/2013) and Article 65, paragraph 2 of the Law on Public Enterprises (Official Gazette of RS, No. 119/2012), the Management Board of the Public Enterprise “Vojvodinašume”, at its session held on 15 March 2013, adopted the Statute of the PE “Vojvodinašume” Petrovaradin. The Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina approved it on 3 April 2013.
Pursuant to Article 12, paragraph 3 of the Law on Public Enterprises (Official Gazette of RS, No. 119/2012), on 9 July 2014 the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina adopted a decision appointing the Supervisory Board of the Public Enterprise “Vojvodinašume” Petrovaradin, consisting of three members.
