The Public Enterprise for Forest Management “Vojvodinašume” is organised into three organisational levels:
- Enterprise Directorate,
- The branches of the Enterprise are: the Forest Estate “Sremska Mitrovica” in Sremska Mitrovica, the Forest Estate “Banat” in Pančevo, the Forest Estate “Sombor” in Sombor, the Forest Estate “Novi Sad” in Novi Sad, as well as the units “Vojvodinašume – Lovoturs” and “Vojvodinašume – Turist” in Petrovaradin.
- Organisational Units.
The Enterprise Directorate performs developmental, coordination, and supervisory functions, dealing with strategy and development, coordinating operations, and exercising oversight over the branches of the Enterprise. The organisational structure of the Directorate consists of six sectors: Development and Informatics, Forestry, Hunting and Fishery, Forest Utilisation, Finance, Commercial Affairs and Marketing, and General, Legal and Human Resources Affairs.
The governing bodies of the Enterprise are the Director and the Supervisory Board, both appointed by the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
The Forest Estates are established at the level of forest areas and function as profit centres.
