The Supervisory Board consists of three members, appointed for a four-year term, with the possibility of reappointment. The members of the Supervisory Board are appointed by the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
The Supervisory Board oversees the operations of the Enterprise, reviews the annual report, the interim financial statements, the annual financial statements, and the proposal for the distribution of profit.

The Director of the Enterprise is appointed for a four-year term, with the possibility of reappointment. The Director is appointed by the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
The Director represents and acts on behalf of the Enterprise, organises and manages the work process, conducts the operations of the Enterprise, and performs other duties prescribed by law and the Statute. The Executive Directors are appointed by the Director in accordance with the law.
